My name is Teresa. I have lived in four countries, I am bilingual and I have over 30 years of experience in multinational and family businesses, in areas as diverse as management, tourism, the luxury market, fashion, weddings, events and catering.
However, it has always been human contact that has guided and inspired me. By being part of special moments in so many people’s lives, I realised that, regardless of our origins, we all carry invisible baggage: family patterns passed down from generation to generation.
With the desire to free myself from the family dynamics that influenced me, I trained in Systemic Family Constellations and Systemic Family Constellations with Dolls, having the privilege of learning from inspiring masters. From this journey, I developed a personal method that provides a profound sensory experience. In this therapeutic approach, I help the unconscious reveal hidden dynamics, offering clarity, balance and transformation. Sessions can be individual or in small groups, in English or Portuguese, always in a safe environment, where I guide the process in a sensitive and intuitive way.
